Lori Luckart sits and plays |
Lori Luckart – Executive Directorlluckart@mesd.k12.or.usExecutive Director of E² since 2006, Lori has worked in the non-profit industry for 20 years. She has extensive experience in non-profit management, including: fund raising, grant writing, budget development and management, financial statement analysis and audit preparation, public relations, communications, strategic planning, program development, event management and art administration.
Lori volunteers with the Artist Mentorship Program (AMP) as a board member and Special Olympics Oregon as a basketball coach. She plays guitar and enjoys spending time with her dog, Maya, and cat, Ted.

Kim Silva – Development DirectorKim@FriendsOfOutdoorSchool.orgKim has been working in fund development since 2000. Being baptized by fire, Kim was the Membership and Special Events Coordinator for Portland Center Stage. Before joining E², Kim worked as the Development Director for Friends of Trees, then Hoyt Arboretum Friends. Kim holds the Certified Fundraising Executive professional designation, has a Masters in Public Administration (environmental policy concentration) from Portland State University, and a B.S. in Business Administration (finance and insurance concentrations) from California State University, Sacramento
Kim volunteers for a variety of charities including Dress for Success and Loaves & Fishes and sits on the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, trying new restaurants, hiking with her dog and redecorating her house (or at least reading and watching shows about and planning to redecorate her house).

Susan Korst talks to students |
Susan Korst – Office Managerskorst@mesd.k12.or.usSusan started with MESD in July of 2000 in the Business Office. She joined E² in January 2001. Prior to coming to MESD, she worked for the University of Portland in the Financial Aid office for five years as a Loan Coordinator. She processed all loan applications for students and parents and received their funds for tuition.
Susan grew up in the Parkrose School District and now lives in Gresham with her husband Duane, and their three children, Krista, Stockton and Preston. In her free time, Susan enjoys property in Central Oregon with her family, gardening and painting.
